The realization hit me hard when I thought, “I should try to post 1983 Daytona photos “. Wait, that was 40 years ago! Wow!
Well, as it turns out, if I went in ‘83 the negatives must have gone to Gater. I didn’t have anything.
1984 had tons to choose from. Some good late model stuff from Jax Raceway. Volusia and all of Daytona Speedweeks.
Short on time I quickly scanned some from the 500. Hopefully I can revisit the late models in the future.
